My Ideal Audience

My service is ideal for those who: 

  • Are patient and willing to wait for one week to a month for results

  • Are kind and respectful before, during, and after the entire process

  • Are able to read, speak and understand English

  • Are loyal, understanding and respectful to my Prices + Terms of Service

  • Are willing to communicate with me about their commission before and during the entire process (slow responses are expected) with a decent attitude

  • Understand why customers should pay upfront before receiving results

  • Understand that they will progressively receive results until the last finishing touches

  • Have a paypal account and willing to pay through paypal 

Terms of Service

GENERAL

  • I have the right to refuse any commission request

  • All payments are taken upfront through Paypal before the commission is started

  • I will only draw: 

    • Original Characters​

    • Humans 

    • Humanoids 

    • Anthro

    • DnD Characters/Races (Preferably the 5th Edition of DnD)

  • I will not draw: ​

    • NSFW

    • Fan Characters 

    • Monsters

    • Robots/robotic parts

    • Vore + Gore 

    • More than 1 character per commission 

    • Lack of limbs/body parts

    • Multiple/countless scars (a few are fine) ​

  • A visual of characters must be provided. I do not work off of descriptions alone. ​

    • Art/Other pictures are fine as long as you don't claim any art that is not yours​

    • 1 picture should be enough but I prefer 1-2 pictures

  • A description with a visual must be provided​

    • This is where you would include a certain pose or any other details (if this is not included in your request I will draw them as a portrait or with my discretion) 

    • Describe what they look like​ in one paragraph

    • Please give a list of your character's personality traits (you do not have to explain these traits) 

  • Upon ordering a commission, please be ready to pay when a request has been asked upon. I will only wait 24 hours before letting go of your slot/request. You may only request 1 change after paying, if i have not started your commission yet

  • ​I do not work on unrealistic deadlines. Please don't expect a commission to be done the same day

    • My absolute min deadline is 1 week

    • My absolute max deadline is 1 month and I usually do not take that long

REFUND POLICY

  • I will not give a refund if you are unsatisfied with the finished product

    • You will not receive the finished product if you desire a refund​

  • If I have started on your work and it's in progress then a refund will not be provided whatsoever

    • You will not receive any part of the work in progress in this situation​

  • If I haven't started on your work, and you desire a refund, it may take me some time to return the money. Refunds will be given through Paypal, the same way it was purchased

ART USAGE

  • Commissioned images are copyrighted and solely owned by me. You cannot claim it as your own, re-post without permission, etc. Original characters are copyright of their creators/owners. (Re-posting images on Toyhouse/Character sites WITH proper credit is allowed)

  • The client may not redistribute, reproduce, resell or profit from the artwork. Commissioned artwork is for personal use only

  • Never claim any of my artwork as your own

  • You cannot trace over my art, but you may use my art as a reference/guide in order to draw your character on your own

  • You do not need my permission to use my art as a reference​ as long as you properly credit my artwork
